Do you think shc will file a 10-K in March as they have for the past 13 years?

It would only cover the period up to the close of FY 2018, so would not include any of the events occurring in 2019 (unless they include a chapter on "subsequent events").

I am just curious to see what their assets and liabilities were at the end of 2018. Won't answer the "big" questions here, like what assets will they have left (if any) after all is said and done in BK court, but maybe I can make some guesses if I see a 10-K for FY2018.

TIA for any comments.

P.S. I don't see how they can continue as a legit business if they don't file a 10-K, but maybe there are "special rules" for companies in BK proceedings. I just don't have any info in that regard.
