No its a fact anyone who has been involved in business knows the only obligation the buyer has is provide payment. The seller has all other obligations. If TRON is in default it can ONLY mean they failed to keep their obligation of payment to InMed. The question now is why? Was it because they lied to Flagship, or was it all a fraud from the start.

The entire Rene part of your “default” post is merely ASSUMPTION / SPECULATION, i..e.,

“It appears that Rene was asked to step down for some reason”

“the apparent deadline”

“for some part of the deal of Feb 25 was missed probably due to more work to be done bringing on a new CEO.”

And then close, “There is no reason to believe that patel cannot rectify this and fix whatever piece of the deal they were supposed to accomplish”

Fact Is there’s no reason to believe that Patel CAN rectify this, it’s just wishful thinking.

That is a whole lot of nothing but Assumption.
