I have not doubt that there are some dirty tricks afoot. But one thing to add is, that it seems to me, that after that little shakeup with the Pink Financiers last year, that it's been looking like not all dilution goes through the "normal" pain in the ars MM's anymore.
Since last Jan. (2018), I've been in a lot of tickers that were proven to be diluting by there own updated SS's. And during that time, we never saw VDMN, MAXM or any of the usual suspects.
I surely hate that too, it makes me re-calibrate the whole notion of diluting CEO's.
Again, not claiming it's happening here, but it could be IMO.
We'll only know for sure each time SS gets updated, or if I take the time to dig through every recent filings and look for shares that could be outstanding from a previous offering. That is one thing that gets missed. Sometimes shares are already outstanding/converted, but have not been dumped into the market and months later when they get sold, everyone is baffled because the OS's have not changed. But maybe they were just waiting on activity to spike so that they didn't drive it down to trip 1.
Anyway, great fun trying to figure out which it is.
