All IMO, but I do not think Sedor will end his career failing shareholders.......whom he has always looked out for. That is what attracted people to PTX in the first place, the top notch CEO

Action looks better than expected because 2 million shorts shares are in the process of covering as longs panic and sell them their shares. I always wondered why the tute holding never covered as financials looked to be improving slightly. They knew CH 11 was coming and could cover at rock bottom. This makes me think everything is being orchestrated.
