I'm not taking a side on whether this has been shorting or dilution, I'm just want to make sure that everyone knows that the often OTC Short Report is not out by OTC Markets. Who it is, is at the bottom of that page. (IMO, that is important.)
Secondly, there are sometimes hundreds of trades that are shown as short, and they were, but they were short for seconds, while a MM, who is keeping everything moving, scrambles to cover the shares that he just sold to a buyer. There is a lot of interday shorting for just this reason.
Again, I'm not saying nobody is shorting this stock, but IMO, that report doesn't necessarily show what some folks think that it shows.
