That is total and utter BS, short selling runs rampant on the OTC and shorts are going to pay dearly here.

Go to the OTC website, it says right there that penny stocks can be shorted, it happens all the time.

First off yes that’s how it works. You short sell then buy to cover. Second off this link is to the FINRA.ORG short settlement date because they ONLY report OPEN short interest twice a month. Third, it’s OBVIOUS there’s massive shorting going on with the almost 5 billion shares traded in the last week. Today is the day short positions have to be closed or brokers come a knockin.
