Too many possibilities of sales and other positives to have it drop much under $2 even if there is dilution. The patents alone add value. Could be some chance it does to get near/over $5 on a pop, but it will quickly return to under $4. Once/if they get a significant sale they will need one or more follow-up sale(s) to confirm they have the capability to continue sales before it stays over $5 and that will take until the 3rd or 4th quarter.
