The ramification is when no judgments are ever made in the company's favor that "supposedly" has the patents worth hundreds of billions of dollars. This may be the only company I have ever heard of that has such enormous empty patents with $0 revenue that don't amount to anything. Can you only imagine if all companies tried to operate this way? Hey we have these patents but we have no revenue. Aren't we special?
