Finally got a call back from the only living officer, 74 years old, and he was limited on what he could tell me. But from what I gathered, there is nothing going on, and nothing will be coming. He could not explain the price action at all.

Time to move on.

Just another pump and dump low float manipulated stock like most of these OTC's.
