So even if IPCI addresses the CRL and resubmits their Oxy NDA by tomorrow...they still have to deal with the ongoing Purdue lawsuit and even if the day ever comes that they get through another adcom and eventually get FDA approval and settle with Purdue, the best they can hope for now is sales in the Philippines only...which after all these years and 10's of millions of dollars in dilution monies spent is so beyond laughable it's not even funny lol
