yes and FACT: OS is just about maxed with AS so MAXM has almost nothing - even less with any dilution they did yesterday and today......and until the company files to increase AS guys...we are free to fly.

....the OS is about maxed: what then a set up for a mega run into this weekend and Maarch 1st starting of sales on their $2.5 billlion Mexican resort/homes/condos/hotels etc-!
