At the end of the day, it’s up to a vote by the board of directors, it’s not Hong’s decision (although he may have influence over them). But I personally don’t buy the billionaire number, $215MM is enough for multiple generations of wealth and gives him the freedom to start/buy/join another company if Hong didnt stay on afterwards that is. Also, $3B was a conservative number, if they offered $5B that would equate to $360MM for Hong.

I’m also not trying to say a buyout is/will happen, but I do think its possible without opposition from Hong. Just my two cents
