Really the Promotion was only for a couple of weeks in Jan. You can see that in the chart from 12/24 moving forward. The chart after today is setting up exactly the same. RSI is showing way oversold and the MACD looks interesting as well. Nothing to say they won't start up another Promotion heading into March to drum up interest in the Annual Report they will put out on 3/31.
