I think by now everyone is aware that the completion of financing is and has been the constant reason of delay after delay. No matter how many expected completion dates have been given to the company, that procees has taken much longer that the time stated. Since we are in a "we want to know when is the funding completion date"mode, every effort is made to get a completion date from the fund. To them the dates are nothing more than wild estimates without a firm policy or real committment to complete funding by any give date. We tend to forget that these are not primary lending institutions. BB stocks by their very nature carry much higher risk levels that are part and parcel of that very process.
So in reality they not we control the time that it takes.
I dispise the waiting and delays at least as much as everyone else here. The fact remains that it needs to be completed. It takes as long as it takes, and we have no control over those events.
