MAXM has put this company in the hands of a face that can spread it wide and far,,,,,but obviously wanted to be part of it with close to 50 % control and,,,,,they are given the right to appointing two board members to make sure that the interest of building up this company is first and foremost,,,,,,,they are in it make it grow,,,,. They want their shares value to grow,,grow,,,grow,,,. No other reason for MAXM to have wanted to stay in this,,,.
