It's comical because it's very easy to figure out for any one looking, That Frank became CEO during all the Willy nonsense that took place here.

Frank held the position and Announced time and time again that all was well as the dumpster was on fire here!

It was the Due Diligence of the research "NOISE" that uncovered the lies that FRANK told starting in June 2017.

Frank spoke to share holders on a conference call and told all that listened that the Revenue would be at or above the 2016 revenue of $4 mil.

Frank was asked about lawsuits and answered that he was confident that the "Employee lawsuit would have a good outcome" all while withholding material facts about all the other lawsuit troubles here. (Not a good "outcome" BTW!!)

Frank announced many "mergers and acquisitions" that never materialized, very easy to look at FRANKS tweets and PRs to see this!

And on and on with the false and misleading information from FRANK the CEO!

Share holders were sold a "merger" of millions in revenue According to FRANK, that now "never happened".....according to FRANK!

McCusker Holdings Corp. (MHHC) announces the resolution of the dispute as to ownership to McCusker and Company, Inc. and Service USA, Inc. with former CEO Will McCusker by transferring all interest in said companies that MHHC may have to Will McCusker.

Erasing Willy won't erase the lies FRANK told to help sell shares!

And now.....Share holders helped pay Willy's "Northbridge debt"......for what purpose?

To ask that the Documented Research be removed because "FRANK says" it no longer applies.....nonsense!

Pretty easy to see what the company "Agenda" was now that we look back at the FRANK and "william" show....it's Willard BTW!

I'm afraid the "ignorance" comes from the two clowns that have "run this company"! It's very clearly seen in any and all of the PR's, tweets, conference call and documents from Franky and Willy.

I just choose to uncover and point out the ignorance, stupidity and lies from these two. This way, unsuspecting investors don't fall for the nonsense that has taken place with "ORRV/MHHC reverse merger".

So is Franky suggesting that Willy "made him do" the things he did as CEO that caused all the failure here?

Franky is most certainly complicit in the Fraudulent activity that took place.

This is an interesting quote, it is reflective of anything ever produced or published from the company itself.

Any time Willy and then Franky (starting in April 2017) has published anything, it is nothing more than extremely exaggerated, forward looking sensationalized Bull Shit!
