I trust fink's instincts on this one. He even told us about his visits while attempting to buy stock. He could have not said anything or even said he did not think the deal was real. He could have attempted to crash the price allowing him to buy more shares. Yet he was honest and upfront about everything in real time.
As share holders these people are our partners. They are not there to be badgered and harassed into disclosing information.(I don't mean you Moose) When the time is right they will disclose what they know and we don't. Meanwhile we have the letter they have the 100 Million shares and we wait.
