Fair point, AR. New 10k does show big increase in water biz investment ($35.2m), and corresponding increase in water revenue, from $8.1m in 2016 to $88.7mm in 2018.

Mission Advisers were pretty spot on about the importance of TPL water biz two years ago after TPL hired Robert Crain, who ran water development at Tex oil giant EOG Resources. "We are encouraged by this, and feel that shareholders will soon see the results." I'll say.

Mission's projected growth chart put 2018 revenue at $330m; 10k has it at $300m.
So pretty close, with some variables like exec compensation jump and land deal profit.
Based on that chart, Mission thought TPL dividends could go all the way to $50 by 2022.
Even allowing for 10% difference, one can only imagine what that would do to the PPS.
