MMEX-scam has no project financing. They’re not even close, or there wouldn’t be yet another toxic loan.

MMEX-scam, an insolvent OTC shell company, with no business operations, employees, on a $40-million mountain of cumulative losses and current liabilities is in no way eligible for nominally $100-million in project financing.
