Filing could be earlier than anticipated (guidance was second half of 2019) and SC Darzalex could be approved early 2020 or perhaps even before EOY.

Pretty healthy volume in the March 15 $16 calls (2,206) and the April 18 $17 calls (2,183) today. Methinks someone is accumulating.
