With the potential of Billions of dollars at stake, ATVI is stuck between a rock & a hard place. I'll bet they would love to settle this case but there is just too much money at stake? Now, with the added risk to ATVI of Racketeering & fraud the risks are even greater. If there is a number, I think it just went way up>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

The relationship between Bungie and Activision in this case is so clear that even a layperson with no education in law whatsoever would determine the same. It's indisputable imo.
