I do agree 400 mill is a little too steep. So your saying they could but would only be allowed to have 1 1/2 stores which is 5% of 30 stores. Yes that doesn't make any sense. However the cultivation and product would make sense IMO. Either way Trulieve is looking to gobble someone up!
