THERE IS NO PLANNED R/S.
The original promise was that there would be no R/S until the SP held at $0.05 for 30 days (or was it more?) OR December 2019.

SINCE THEN LIGA has affirmed that they are committed to increasing SP WITHOUT *ANY* R/S.
