This is worth watching, although it is about 9 months old:

I think the technology is pretty exciting, and if it works out it's basically an extinction-level event for CAR-T therapies, which--while highly effective--require nasty lymphodepletion regimens and are associated with very high rates of cytokine release syndrome and especially neurotoxicity. Also the fact that you don't have to rely on ex vivo viral transduction is pretty great.

Just a note that I have a small investment in MRKR, although it got 50% larger this morning :-)
