Since Kenmore appliances are now able to be used in a Smart home utilizing the Alexa technology and Alexa technology is a Amazon product, looks like to me that SEARS has indeed partnered with Amazon to create this union in addition to the Tire Installation partnership they established in October.

What I am saying is SHLDQ did NOT issue the press releases. Look at them they do NOT have the stock ticker symbol in them. Look at a pre-October press releases. It has the stock ticker. What the press release does mention is sears.com and Sears and the brands which will automatically get picked up by sites as related to Sears (including the searsholdings.com site because its a service provided to companies to manage investor relations). Look at most public companies investor relations sites, they all have the exact same format.

Here is one from October 9th (pre-petition) at the end where PRs say something about the company issuing the release.

Notice the difference, the stock symbol is no longer there because Sears is no longer a public company and not related to SHLDQ anymore.

Also note the email address in yesterdays release, it uses the domain searshc.com which is the domain being used by Sears employees and those employees work for the new Sears since the sale closed (see the 8K here
