Kim ended calm seas financing because it was time to move up. It would be pretty stupid to end secure financing without having secured a better one.

Domestically we have been “SUCCESSFUL” in meeting the specifics the army was looking for in a fibre. Besides outside financing the army could be playing a major support role in development.


Vietnam... getting regulated was time consuming, but remember, they invited us to set up in their country. The invitation is Key here$


Dilution here has been very tiny. So someone is flipping the bill.
