I seems clear to me that the joint venture with Supreme Sweets was well in the works until Supreme Sweets was to be acquired by CZNI. But now that the deal with CZNI fell apart the talks with WNBD may be back on.
If you look at Supreme Sweets website it says that they want to go public and a deal with WNBD may just give them that opportunity.
I exchanged emails with Mario Parravano, owner of Supreme Sweets, in the past and he was quite interested in doing a deal with WNBD.
