Go ahead, please correct me if I'm wrong with what I listed. I got my info from companies filings. Maybe there are PRs with more current info. I said I don't follow closely any of this companies so please prove that any of these actually sells CBD products on market.
Except CBDmd. But they are listed on AMEX. I don't know their listing rules.
At the same time I do believe that the fact that FDA is behind with updating their regulations, can't stop the uplisting. I think there should be green light for uplist because we comply with Federal Law since Farm Bill.. so yes, very likely hold up is because of company itself but I can't prove it because there is NONE company that is listed or Nasdaq that would sell CBD products on market.
