So what Tony does is projects what might happen if expansion happened and specifically what would happen if expansion happened with somebody else's production in no way does this suggest that sino agro food is actually producing anything of its own this is all 3rd and 4th and 5th party possible projections based on if the production was expanded or if it existed in the 1st place in other words Tony does not have an idea as to what is really happening he can only suggest on what improvements might happen if they did something which they are not doing in which case what we can surmise is Tony is talking about possibilities with someone else's assets if only they did something of value while sino agro food has no production of its own the end
