(Did this before I aw your newer post. Might as well post it.)

Well, from my rather LIMITED DD, M LIne Holding, Inc. and Wowio are BOTH "Holding Companies" and Tony is CEO of BOTH..

M Line Holdings, Inc. ("M Line") is a Holding Company.

...However, with the introduction of the new management team Wowio plans to become a holding company

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WOWIO

In 2017, new management recognized that "the Company has been dormant due to a lack of funding and the inability to take the products they have been working on to market" and changed the strategic direction of the company. The new plan for the company is to be "a holding company supporting a number of investments in entertaining, restaurants, tourism and other businesses including housebuilding in Northern California and the development of property in Arizona."

So why does Tony need TWO HOLDING COMPANIES? And now, he, supposedly, is to acquire ANOTHER company he will be CEO of.

That is my only concern.Imo, as CEO of three companies (CONpanies?") he can draw a large salary with EACH OF THEM and, if need be, DILUTE all three of them if "funding" is needed (which is probably will be.) What is he doing, acquiring companies just to acquire them and hope the news PUMPS up the share price?

good luck

P.S. And then I remembered these.

Not a lawyer, but I do believe that one corporation (even with the same CEO) isn't liable for the debts of another. So maybe THAT is why he wants more than one. ;-)
