Reputable company in healthcare who merged with Silicon Valley Ventures. Both big players with healthcare stocks. Underwriters usually follow the offering with a recommendation, so nothing unethical and at least this one has a good reputation in their field. Will see what the morning brings and maybe Mike will give us some good news.
