GNCP has always been a share selling scam. This is just the latest pump for Lumb, Lowenthal and crew.

Baumann’s “Claims” are worthless.
All the pref/note holders are undisclosed affiliates, mostly off shore
Not a single $1 actually moves through this “company”. It is all paper sham transactions
The only money that moves is when stock is dumped and the money ends up in bank accounts elsewhere in the world.
These guys are never going to change
GNCP is just the last still active scam in a LONG LONG list of scam tickers for these guys
