It would make no difference...Bioamber is the holder of the torch. NOT THE OWNER. Bioamber without there assets. Bioamber exists because of their assets...They sold or assigned them all, the real owners will profit. They have scamed many who missed the fine print.
In that scenerio, I agree.
Show us who really owns the rent to own assets, burded with debt and returned to the righfull owners. Prove this first...
