They give themselves big raises out of hubris- and because they can.

As for the LA event- The Roosevelt Hotel was the setting back in May 2017 for Charlie Sheen to speak before a packed house of three hundred. Billed as an "awareness" event he "admitted struggling with HIV diagnosis and "accepting" the gift of being alive. He couldn't speak highly enough of
PRO-140 on that occasion. GLTA
