Also, I would like to add that it doesn't make any sense for the investor to sell shares into the market before the 10K, M&As and all the other news that are coming, converting them with just a 10% discount. When he decides to convert, doesn't make any sense to dump into the market with such a low benefit. The real benefit is keeping the shares or selling them at much high prices. 10% for him at this prices is peanuts. I think some people don't get it, because they are not used to such a low discount of 10%.
