Sears just went through Chap11 using the southern NY BK court, Judge Robert Drain caught the case, he seems to be FOR companies to exit BK, maybe WIN will win

Do you think that WIN is stronger than SHC - which is
still in a Chapter 11?

Also, do you know if the OS is still in the 42 M range?
