of its co to some unknown?

2) why would mr Y risk the family name &
legacy by selling 66% of co to some unknown

.... leads you to believe that mr y & yic online
are pulling all strings here ....

and imo, it all has much to do with the private
placement of 3 yrs ago.....

There are so many shady cons going on in
otc. this could be just another one. but am I
nieve in thinking that This is not hady, and it's
on the up & up and a way of r/m w/out all
the fanfare & expense of an ipo ???

and the ones that invested 3 yrs ago during the
private placmnt while the co was private
they will sell at pennies now ???? Don't picture
these people as dilutive sharks looking to get out
so early and so cheap?
