I think there's a long stretch of territory between dishonesty and a felony. When somebody says 100 times this zero of a company is going to be a huge success long after it's obvious that it's going nowhere, for that to be a crime you would have to have evidence that person had prior knowledge that it was never going to happen. That would have to be something none of the rest of us knew about. I don't think that was the case here. But certainly these people did act with a blatant disregard for the shareholders.
