if u look closely at the response, it is clearly a violation...i'm sure many here can pick it out. the screenshot will be sent to the sec, and if anything comes of the cryptic response or $ made off it...such as trading from certain people after the call...it will be noted and investigated.
If they're sharing information with shareholders, why wouldn't it be about the company? Which would be inside information. Why would they host a call with investors to talk weather or sports, for pete's sake? smdh If they host a call with one single investor, they need to open it to the public.
