Yes they do stock them but,
my concern is who they buy them from. Would they sign an off take with a company like Nicorp who hopes and plans on producing these things 4-5 years from now?" or Would they sign and actual purchase contract with somebody that can actually deliver now? I think most have heard of the Strategic Petroleum Reserve. The US government stocks a huge volume of oil. Certainty getting all three of our products on the Critical Minerals list was a huge step, but, the FIRST step. Now that the gov has an updated list, what will they do next and when will they do it?
