You are making a compelling argument. Do you think they can last till then? I believe I read a couple months ago they sent an open letter to the Trump administration saying that if federal legalization doesn't happen soon they may not make it, or it would be "extremely" hard to survive financially.
Seems like in this it is one of those extreme risks/rewords scenario.
