The point is - training the judge - and proving their dishonest misrepresentation of the final note amount over and over... they’ve lied about the note and the amendment was unsigned, end of story.

It’s about monopolizing the judges attention - if you have 10 docs, issued by the defendant, proving your argument again and again, then it’s best to make the judge spend time on all of them. In this case, it’s also likely that the defendant has already disclosed ALL of their evidence at this stage - reduce the weight of their evidence, reduce the time spent on their evidence, submit more.
