this is my summary of your post regarding what may happen if shc fails to submit a POR to Judge Drain.

1) Judge dismisses case;
2) shc sued by creditors in state and/or federal courts;
3) case is converted to a Chapter 7 liquidation, possibly introducing a trustee into the liquidation procedure.

None of these outcomes seems very favorable to shc. That being the case, I might assume that shc will produce a POR on the date set by Judge Drain's extension (is that sometime in May?).

You have mentioned an omnibus hearing on or around March 21. Can you please explain what an "omnibus" hearing is? Thanks
