I doubt that the CEO resignation was negative. The share price hardly reacted except to stall the slight recent uptrend. I think it may be a positive since what he said was 2019 would be a good year and he would still be advising the company. TMPS may be readying to install a new CEO because of some deal in the works. It's a possibility.
Many shares of stock were used to pay for the airplanes. Perhaps the sellers are slowly unloading shares and perhaps someone is working to keep prices up until sellers have finished. Conversely, perhaps sellers have reason to keep shares in hopes that they skyrocket. Has anyone seen a report of a large holder selling? I haven't.
If a Navy contract succeeds, perhaps the arrangement will allow for a big return to shareholders. Instead, perhaps creditor(s) gets the lion's share and share price doesn't advance much or for long.
Lots of questions, but I like upside potential here. I hope my big question will be, "When should I sell $20k worth and keep the rest for a growing profit?" I usually sell too soon, but then I hate selling too late.
