10ks have to be filed no later then 90 days after the fiscal year. 3-31-19—04-1-2019
By SEC requirements. 10Qs Max 45 days after each quarter. Look at last time Qs where filed do the math.
Holding strong until I have a legitimate reason not to.

Isn't the last quarterly report for Q ending December 31st 2018 past due? or does it take longer because it is an annual report?
