You may have explained this before, and if so, I apologize, but I just want to make sure I have my facts straight.

So if there is no POR offered by the "Old Sears" (shc) what might the judge do? In other words, will he impose his own effective date for emergence from bankruptcy? Can you enumerate some of the options he will have? -tia
