I don't think you meant to reply to me, I was just asking if an "almost guarantee" came with any money back or consequence for being wrong. Sorry in advance if I am missing something.
I will add though that missed dates don't necessarily mean that an anticipated outcome will now not come to pass, but I agree it does erode credibility to some degree. However, that is not what I was asserting in my last post.
