Why would that be ridiculously low? This company has profits, positive cash flows from operations and equity investors (based on DD). They don’t need to sell shares to keep the lights on.

Shares are now valuable. That’s what EVERY company is striving towards.

And sometimes, it happens on the OTC right before your eyes.
