Even if Hugo bailed on Trimax, "like this rumor says", Saavy Naturals is OWNED by Trimax, and would mean that Saavy would continue without Hugo. NOt the other way around.
It's not like Hugo can take Saavy and leave. Trimax owns Saavy. Not Hugo. He owns shares, but Trimax owns Saavy.
All these rumors really need to be thought out.
