She already sacked one company. This current one which she replaced it with is lame too. They just aren't getting the word out good enough to get RXMD top tier attention & recognition for business accomplishments.
I mentioned this to the thread about 6 months ago, and no change for the better (still). The PR firm should be prepping RXMD for the big transition "NOW", not later.
Ms Mars is basically doing their job for them, or so it seems.
